Really enjoyed this perspective. As buying journeys become more AI-mediated, influencing demand is only part of the equation. Advertisers will also need confidence that the signals they're measuring are authentic and that the engagement driving those decisions is trustworthy. That's what turns visibility into actionable insight.

Thank you, ZeroDayDigest, for your comment. I appreciate you stopping by and reading my work. It's always great to hear when people have enjoyed my perspective! :)

I think you're absolutely right that we're in an era now, in the signals era, where there's no lack of data points flying around, but true confidence in those signals is maybe weak (or it isn't weak but frankly it should be, so sometimes we overstate the strength of the signal). I think, for me, part of the problem is that a lot of workflows are taking single-source signals and then putting an incredibly high amount of weight against those. They treat them as true and fact when they should be weighted in a system

I suggest that we start working towards a future where we're interrogating and cross-comparing signals and seeking validation of them. That would give us that authentic engagement and make sure that we're driving our decisions against powerful data and not flight-by-night kind of wrong signals. The goal is properly actionable insights.
