The free theory, paid playbook, expenses tools ladder is such a clear way to segment value. Feels like a playbook in itself.

Thanks Franklin. The marketing space has been changing wildly and quickly for a while; privacy laws like GDPR, cookies, changing web usage - first mobile movement then changes to LLM. It’s dizzying pace really. It does seem like there’s a lot of appetite to engage with those lighting a candle and showing the path, and tooling all helps with that too

That was absolutely what drove me in this tooling direction. I’m super keen to move beyond high level chat and to accelerate into implementable value - so subscribers can take something they read from me and have a fast avenue to materially play with the concept and test it out too
